Slant-and-Up Combo (Stacks)
Slant-and-Up Combo is a companion play to the Out-Slant Combo play. By getting the defense used to seeing the Out-Slant combination routes, they will tend to cheat down. That is when you hit them over the top with this play.
As the defense makes a move to jump in front of the slant route, that is right when the WR turns it up field where the QB will throw it over the top for a long gain or a Touchdown.
