Scissors (3-Wide)
Scissors is a great play to cut through the defensive secondary by converging two receivers across each other on one half of the field. The Post route goes over the top of the Corner route. The Post is the first read coming across the top, followed up by the Corner cutting through below.
The most important aspect of the play is that both routes run quickly up field at the same time and cut across each other simultaneously to wreak havoc on the downfield defenders.
