Out-and-Up Combo (Trips)
The Out-and Up Combo is a companion play to the Out-Slant Combo play. After you have gotten the defense used to the shorter out route, hit them over the top with the Out-and-Up.
The part that makes this play extremely dangerous is against a man to man defense where the defender on the Out-and-Up route will have to run underneath the slant route, and will therefore be in a bad position to keep up with the inside WR who is now sprinting wide open up the sideline.
